On the morning of October 13th, the “Tianfu Investment Forum” - Entrepreneurs' Breakfast Meeting for Investment in Sichuan was held at Jinjiang Hotel, hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Economic Cooperation Bureau.

The event was attended by Sichuan Provincial Vice Governor Yang Xingping, Provincial Government Deputy Secretary-General Teng Zhongping, Director of the Provincial Economic Cooperation Bureau Huizhao Xu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission Yang Xin, Deputy Director of the Provincial Information Office Chen Wentao, and Chengdu Municipal Government Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Tao, along with other officials.

Feng Tao, Assistant General Manager and Marketing Director of Shenzhen Jiuzhou Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the meeting.

Other participating companies in the new display field included the Sichuan Ultra-HD Video Industry Alliance, BOE, Air Liquide, Truly, Tianma, Chengdu Trenshine, Chengdu Jimi, and Chengdu Feisite.

The breakfast meeting, themed “Listening to Voices, Strengthening Confidence, Solving Problems, and Seeking Development,” is the first in a series of activities. This session focused on understanding the development of new display companies in Sichuan, addressing existing challenges, and discussing development plans.

During the meeting, Feng Tao, representing Shenzhen Jiuzhou Optoelectronics, introduced the company’s development. Shenzhen Jiuzhou Optoelectronics, a subsidiary of Sichuan Jiuzhou Group, is an integrated display solution provider focused on the LED display industry. Established in 2004, it was one of the earliest manufacturers to enter the LED industry in China.

For many years, Jiuzhou Optoelectronics has been committed to providing excellent products and services for national, government, enterprise, and military informatization projects. Feng Tao expressed the hope that the province, through the opportunities presented by the "booming LED display industry" and "Sichuan's orderly manufacturing transfer," would provide more project resources and industrial policy support to LED display companies.

By stimulating industrial investment through project demands and promoting enterprise development through policy support, the province can build a strong industrial base for the new display manufacturing industry. Shenzhen Jiuzhou Optoelectronics is committed to fully participating in this development and contributing to Sichuan’s efforts to accelerate the establishment of a new highland of reform and opening-up.

During the meeting, company representatives also freely expressed their views. They acknowledged the advantages and prospects of investing in Sichuan but also highlighted challenges, such as the significant decline in consumer demand for electronic information products this year, leading to reduced orders for manufacturing companies. Furthermore, the summer power restrictions in the province had an impact on production.

In response to the concerns and suggestions raised by the enterprises, the provincial leaders affirmed the valuable feedback and promised that relevant departments would thoroughly address the issues raised, providing written responses and setting solution timelines. "If enterprises face problems or difficulties, they should reach out to us, and we will strive to solve them as quickly as possible."
